I got one paper from a Korean guy in year 2005, he has published two paper with very similar contents in ChemComm and Adv. Mater.

He modified a little bit for this time, and sent to JACS. I rejected him immediately...
I observed most of this terrible things happened in China and Korea.

I really respect the authors who retract the paper from ACIE. That's the protection for his/her own reputation and also for the honesty of science.
